Olivaro Shipping: Costs, Delivery, Tracking and Problems
Two shipping prices, no published delivery window and a short plan for anything that goes wrong in transit.
What the vendor states
The order page lists $9.99 shipping on the two-bottle pack and free U.S. shipping on the three and six-bottle packs. It does not publish a dispatch time, a carrier or a delivery estimate, and it lists no international shipping terms. The checkout collects a shipping address and shows the final cost before payment.
What to expect
- An order confirmation email from BuyGoods shortly after payment.
- Several business days for delivery inside the U.S.; plan around a week or more.
- If no tracking arrives within a few days, ask contact@customercs.com for it, quoting your order number.
Damaged, missing or wrong parcels
Photograph the outer box, the bottles and the seal before you open anything. Email support with the pictures and your order number. Do not use a bottle with a broken or missing seal. If the parcel shows as delivered but never arrived, check with neighbors and your local post office, then tell support within a few days.
Shipping and the refund clock
Because the vendor's pages disagree about whether the 60 days run from purchase or delivery, a slow delivery can eat into your trial. Count from the order date and keep the confirmation email.
